Graphic Designer

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 a month

In-office · Mahanagar, Lucknow · No work from home

Only for people who already live in Lucknow. We don't offer relocation or remote work.

Who we want

  • An original concept designer — you start from an idea, not a template.
  • A visual thinker and storyteller — your work makes a point, not just a layout.
  • A digital canvas commander — hands-on Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, with real command of colour, typography and ideation.

Please don't apply if

  • Your work starts on Canva and ends on ChatGPT.
  • Your portfolio is mostly AI-generated or template-based. Every shortlisted portfolio is checked for originality, and the interview includes a live design task in Illustrator.
  • You don't live in Lucknow, or you're looking for remote work.

What happens after you apply

  • We look at every application that includes a portfolio. Applications without one are not reviewed.
  • If your work fits, we message you on WhatsApp to set up an interview at our Mahanagar office.
  • The interview includes a short live design task in Illustrator. Bring your working files if you have them.
